We make every effort to update our inventory on daily basis, however, if an item gets sold out while the customer is placing an order, we will contact the customer immediatly and issue a credit.

Damaged Shipped wine:

We make every effort to secure all wine shipments, however, wine bottles are fragile and may be damaged.  Please contact us immediatly to resolve any issue.

Restrictions:

Please note, that we are more than happy to replace any wines purchased directly from us as long as we still have it in stock, however, we can not replace wines purchased from other sources such as retailers or restaurants.

If no one is available to receive and sign the package, two subsequent attempts to deliver will be made. Wine orders required an adult signature, so whenever possible, we strongly encourage you to use a commercial business address to assure the fastest delivery time.
