2017 Jacklyn’s Chardonnay
Packed with complex aromas of luscious ripe fruit and lemon blossoms, with a hint of creamy vanilla. Secondary aromas of tropical fruit and delicate summer flowers lift out of the glass. Round and creamy on entry with bright, yet balanced acidity. Like a taste of creamy lemon curd that is both mouthwatering and luscious. The finish lingers with white juicy fruit and balanced acidity.
2016 Zina’s Pinot Noir
Classic Sonoma Coast characteristics, this wine has complex aromas of Black Fruit and Bing Cherry up front with a hint of Spice, and earthier notes. Dense, luscious and fruit forward on the palate. Rich in texture; the explosive flavors of fresh Raspberries, Boysenberry and soft spices are wrapped in silky tannins. The finish lingers with juicy Dark cherry and a touch of sweet Vanilla.
2015 Adrien's Blend
Fresh ripe Blackberry and Blueberry aromas with just a touch of sweet Vanilla and Baking Spice. Juicy fruit flavors up front, the mid-palate is full and lush with Black Licorice flavors supported by soft supple tannins. This easy-drinking wine finishes with a bit of toasted oak wrapped around lingering Black Cherry. Delicious now, but you will be rewarded with a little time in the cellar.
2017 Lamya's Cabernet Sauvignon
Intensely aromatic, the 2017 Lamya’s Cabernet is showing all the classic Calistoga characteristics we have come to expect. Aromatically complex, this wine offers layers of blackberry, cassis, mocha and a hint of old-fashioned black licorice. Smooth and lush on entry, it opens up to a ripe, concentrated black fruit core. In its youth it expresses dark ripe berries and cassis on the palate, then evolves to show hints of cedar and sweet vanilla. Give this beauty a little time and you will be rewarded.
2016 Lamya's Cabernet Sauvignon
Give it a swirl or two and release the symphony of aromas starting with ripe, concentrated blackberries that evolve into toasty vanilla and sweet tobacco, with just a hint of cassis. As you might expect from this classic Cabernet Sauvignon, it is loaded with black cherry, blueberry, cocoa and black licorice flavors. Rich, deep, and dark, the core is juicy and fruit-focused, yet the texture is silky. Smooth, integrated tannins with balanced acidity produce a luscious finish that lingers.
2017 Zina's Pinot Noir
Resting on the shoulders of an excellent vintage, this has all the markings of classic Russian River Pinot Noir. Complex aromas of black cherry, cola and baking spices are wrapped in a luscious layer of sweet vanilla. With a couple of swirls, the wine opens up to intense notes of Bing cherry and a touch of earthiness. The mid palate offers a fruit-focused core that evolves into a complex medley of summer berries and fresh earth. This Pinot Noir is a worthy partner for so many dishes, or in a glass all by itself.
