Work Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc
A Work Vineyard Classic, delicately perfumed with floral notes, reminiscent of blooming apple blossoms and fragrant jasmine. With subtle hints of lemon zest this Sauvignon Blanc offers a refreshing and vibrant experience, with a crisp acidity that awakens the taste buds. Flavors of green apples complement the pear notes and provide a lively fruitiness that dances on the palate.
Jacklyn’s Chardonnay
Fresh and lively notes of ripe pineapple and Meyer lemon. The mid-palate delivers all the bright fruit flavors you were anticipating, yet there is a balanced acidity that makes this a very food-friendly wine. As the wine opens up in the glass, the complex flavors of tropical fruit, lemon curd and the tiniest hint of vanilla sing in harmony with the creamy mid-palate. The final lingering notes are bright and balanced, enticing you back for another sip.
Presley’s Rose
With prominent notes of ripe strawberries, red berries, particularly fresh raspberries, this Rose of Cabernet Sauvignon offers a burst of fruity sweetness complemented by a refreshing acidity that reminds of summer time. Its light to medium body and smooth texture make it incredibly drinkable, with a clean and dry finish that leaves a pleasant lingering sensation.
Zina’s Pinot Noir
Considered a classic Russian River Pinot Noir. Complex aromas of black cherry, cola and baking spices are wrapped in a luscious layer of sweet vanilla. Soft and plush on entry, the mid palate offers a fruit-focused core that evolves into a complex medley of summer berries and fresh earth. Elegant, with balanced acidity, this is a perfect example of why Pinot Noir is a worthy partner for so many dishes, or in a glass all by itself.
Adrien's Blend
Fresh ripe Blackberry and Blueberry aromas with just a touch of sweet Vanilla and Baking Spice. Juicy fruit flavors up front, the mid-palate is full and lush with Black Licorice flavors supported by soft supple tannins. This bordeaux blend finishes with a bit of toasted oak wrapped around lingering Black Cherry. Delicious now, but you will be rewarded with a little time in the cellar.
Lamya's Cabernet Sauvignon
Dark and concentrated, the harmonious combination of intense black fruit, ripe red fruit and black licorice aromas are classic for a Calistoga wine. On first sip, the lush texture illustrates how extraordinary this wine is. Alongside the luscious fruit there are complex layers of cassis, black licorice, baking spice and a hint of sweet vanilla all woven together seamlessly. You would be well-served to let this age a bit, but its approachable now.
